There MUST be POWER! But it must be controlled first by a Constitution which applies to the people as well as the government.

Power must be divided so one element does not have it all. Law is power, Courts are power, Agencies are power (needed to have retirement and health and education etc.)

which say 0 sub are actually votes and nothing to read. I think those which
say 1 sub or 4 sub are text which you can read by clicking that element such
as the second and forth below.

To post use the white sheet of paper icon and to vote use the + and – icons.
I think this program could do the things necessary to interact with
government. When I say government, I do not mean not only Parliament and the
Prime Minister. I mean the WHOLE government which includes the courts, law
enforcement, agencies, military the WHOLE of it and THAT is what we want to
control the WHOLE of it.

Hi there. I am very interested in this project but am having some problems
assessing what it does and doesn’t do; I hope someone can explain how i get
the tool up and running in order to assess its features.

More generally, I am interested in the web-moderated participative
democracy. I am a politics student at an Irish university and interested in
sponsoring a project at my college to develop an open source tool that
delivers the above functionality. If there are other projects out there in
this sphere that you feel are worth knowing about, then please share.
Hopefully this can be the beginning of a productive exchange. Thanks and
	keep up the good work.

As you can see, there is currently no difference between a vote and a
message/proposition.

That’s partly due to the fact that votes can be done by mail and/or on
the web.

But maybe they could nonetheless be hidden on the web page and only
consolidated in another sub page. That will be an evolution, a small
one.

I now see Mac Hiavelli msg and suppose I am responding to it. How do I respond
	directly to the FAQ?

I think the main message was in private or something. I don’t have it
either. It might be lost!? Will have to dig into that.

The most important thing to consider, is the filter. But you can
override a filter for each element, clicking on the “V” or ”>” knobs.

When I click a name, it takes me to choices of message title. I cannot access
	them. Are they simply votes?

You can’t access them? Strange, a click should be all that is needed.
