I am confused as to how to view the messages. I kept clicking, and the message came and went but repeating the process did not work.
I now see Mac Hiavelli msg and suppose I am responding to it. How do I respond directly to the FAQ?
When I click a name, it takes me to choices of message title. I cannot access them. Are they simply votes?
I did not see Mac Hiavelli message on the main parliament page to access it. ??

I joined second life, than un-joined. I do not like my credit card out there in such a place. There are many who feel they have been ripped off by second life.
Is there an alternative? Can we continue without second life?
I did go to the Top Politics board. I can access it on site too. I do not like the direction of these topics. It seems the implementation of these “ideas” and the administration of government are completely absent.
It certainly is not necessary for Parliament to join Top Politics. A simple link for those who want to subscribe is sufficient. An occasional (abbreviated) post of a discussion may be appropriate if the poster has a comment on that post.
Also, there is no consideration of the obvious destruction of democracy by majority vote. This is a Truth learned from past historical attempts.
There MUST be POWER! But it must be controlled first by a Constitution which applies to the people as well as the government.
Power must be divided so one element does not have it all. Law is power, Courts are power, Agencies are power (needed to have retirement and health and education etc.)
A bit of history will reveal all so no sense my explaining this.

We definitely can. Me, I’m sticking with irc mainly. But klaus, cool guy that he is, has been working on a second life to irc bridge.
We’ll see how it goes, but it’s a great idea!

There also is parlement moderation, which could/should be used to highlight the most interesting parts. Well, that’s the idea anyway.
Then anybody could browse the forum, with the level of details they feel more confortable with.

I think there is mostly one solution: the right to secede. But it’s difficult to even present it…

Yup, I’ll show them! I will secede! (Just call me “the man without a
country”)
Unfortunately, the imperialists win that way too.

Used my mIRC and found # Parlement.
Yikes nobody on IRC — been few years since I logged on.
Most use messengers now I expect or other ways.
Would have to schedule a meeting to use I expect. eggy

I think the main message was in private or something. I don’t have it either. It might be lost!? Will have to dig into that.

The most important thing to consider, is the filter. But you can override a filter for each element, clicking on the “V” or ”>” knobs.

You can’t access them? Strange, a click should be all that is needed.
