Writing Europeans Constitution ourself
Why? Because it can be done – and it seems it isn’t otherwise.
Have a look at the approach http://our-constitution.org and you may provide some feedback if you like it, or how to improve it.
I personally don’t know what is the best for Europe – having a constitution or not. Sure, I have a believe, but I am sure I want to know. It would be interesting having an aggregated picture of Europe where everyone can find her/himself.
