Two questions:

If your delegable proxy system doesn’t use PageRank to process the delegable proxy inputs, how does it work?(I have asked several times - I am still waiting. People, PageRank is an algorithm can can handle the complexities of representitives cross-endorsing one another.)

Is the input issue vote, or delegation, or is it issue vote and/or delegation. (You did express the sentiment earlier that you wanted to maximize choice, yes?)
